I have a solid scientific foundation and base my work on cognitive-behavioral, schema therapeutic and humanistic approaches as well as the latest research in neuroscience, personal development, and organizational psychology.


There is no one-size-fits-all to improving mental well-being. Based on a thorough assessment of your unique situation, we will tailor each session to your individual needs. You decide how many sessions you need to get back on track and successfully navigate through life again.
