My work is grounded in a strong scientific foundation and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), alongside the latest findings from neuroscience.
